*BCTR

2011   |   LIVE PERFORMANCE

In June of 2011, Francisco Erazo and Jhavier Loeza organized a series of experimental sessions for their *BCTR workshop. BTCR is an abbreviation of bitácora in Spanish, a journal/logbook. Participants were required to come to each session without knowing for certain what the session would be about or who was invited. A truly situationist workshop.

They invited us to perform in a small room at the Woody Allen Cultural Center (Colonia Roma) in Mexico City. Hugo Escalante (MSTRPRGRMMR) performed a live set, and I launched a selection of my generative visuals.

Participants were asked to sketch whatever they felt during the intimate performance in their journals.
